It has all the earmarks of having been done in 1928, because no mention is made of Merrimac Chemical or Rubber Service, which we absorbed in 1929. The names of Philip Stockton and Charles Belknap as mem bers of the Board (first page) must have been added in 1929j when we absorbed Merrimac.
