Abex no longer maintains a Research Center. Because 24 the Research Center was a corporate-wide designing and testing 25 facility, there is no one person most knowledgeable about the 26 this department. Dexter L. Kenfield is the person most 27 knowledgeable on the subject of the Research Center based on 28 2- - 1 his custody and control of discoverable Abex corporate 2 documents.
