I have reviewed invoice #3210 and specifications submitted by Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company for the repairs and/or alterations of the EXXON WASHINGTON. The figures submitted by Newport News are in agreement with the figures I have compiled after three days of negotiations with the Estimating Department after the vessel departed the shipyard.
